Chris is a qualified solicitor and chartered accountant who has a broad range of corporate advisory and operational experience. Having previously worked as a management consultant and an investment banker he has a long history in assessing and improving corporate performance.
Prior to joining 333 Consulting, Chris was the Managing Director of an ASX-listed company and oversaw the development and implementation of a new corporate strategy designed to deliver sustainable and profitable growth. While the initial focus was on improving the operational and financial performance of existing business units this initiative was supplemented by a range of inorganic growth strategies.
Having considerable experience as both advisor and front line manager, Chris brings operational empathy to each engagement and understands the importance of designing practical solutions that are capable of being assessed against clearly defined and measurable outcomes.
