Most recently, Mick’s assignments have included operational turnaround and balance sheet restructures, cash and working capital management, debt and equity advisory, divestments of non-core assets, interim management in turnaround and distressed situations, growth, improvement and exit strategies, buy out and merger integration and leadership and innovation programs.
